D’un point de vue fonctionnel, ce noyau permet d\u2019assurer lors du d\u00e9placement d\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de type noeud que tous les arcs connect\u00e9s seront modifi\u00e9s afin de maintenir la connectivit\u00e9 avec ce noeud. Inversement, lors de la modification d\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de type arc, tous les noeuds qu\u2019il supporte seront repositionn\u00e9s sur celui-ci.
D’autres objets non connect\u00e9s au noyau topologique de type point \/ lignes \/ polygones sont \u00e9galement pris en charge.<\/p>\n

Une notion de niveau permet de g\u00e9rer l’archivage des \u00e9l\u00e9ments du r\u00e9seau mais \u00e9galement les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9tages d’un b\u00e2timent par exemple.<\/p>\n

Un noyau topologique<\/h2>\n

Afin de faciliter la saisie des r\u00e9seaux et de maintenir une coh\u00e9rence \u00e0 la fois topologique mais \u00e9galement m\u00e9tier des donn\u00e9es, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un noyau topologique Opensource sous Postgres \/ Postgis.<\/p>\n

Ce noyau topologique est autonome : il peut \u00eatre \u00e9dit\u00e9 via l\u2019application QGIS mais \u00e9galement par une application tierce.<\/p>\n

Un plugin avec une barre d’outils QGIS a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. Chaque outil s’appuie sur des fonctionnalit\u00e9s stock\u00e9es dans base de donn\u00e9es et est donc r\u00e9plicable sur du web ou toute autre interface.
Le noyau topologique est b\u00e2ti sur le principe ARC \u2013 NOEUD. Sur la base de ce principe, 6 types de comportements sont d\u00e9clin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
